What is quality?
It is a product which meets declared specifications and meets customer requirements with two fundamental prerogatives: zero down time and no indecision.The product must be stable, repetitive and must produce concrete, reliable data in compliance with regulations.
Looking for quality
With direct production management, and by choosing the quality of components to be assembled, carrying out tests and following up test results, errors are reduced to the minimum. Simulations are carried out to test a large range of components: this is just part of the Microdevice search for quality.
Tests, simulations and commissioning are carried out within Microdevice and on the customer premises.
Certifications
- Certification against electromagnetic disturbance
- SOA OS 30: guarantees that Microdevice is able to design electric plant and special automation systems, to install them and to guarantee continuity of service (based on the company's solid business standing)
Technical management is carried out by an engineer and staff of skilled electricians.
